The aim of this Conference Series is to provide opportunities for academics to receive informal in-depth feedback through discussions, and to enable them to establish contact with professionals in other countries and institutions. The tours are the main way of "breaking the ice" away from the formalities of the conference hall, providing an informal setting for discussing different points of view. Even in an increasingly networked world of internet and satellite conferences, there is no substitute for personal interaction—what Edward R. Murrow calls "the last three feet of communication." OBJECTIVE
The School of Education, Kenyatta University, invites papers for the 3rd International Annual October Conference on Education and Lifelong Learning. The main objective is to provide scholarly space for critical discourse on the Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) on Quality Education and its 10 Targets. Participants will foreground education as a constant in all development sectors and key in reducing vulnerabilities to economic, social and environmental risks. Papers will draw from research that brings out theoretical and practical implications for inclusive quality education in the shaping of contemporary knowledge and responsive learning; innovative pedagogies that energise reflectivity in attainment of transformative capabilities, attitudes and values that catalyse high level productivity for humanity.
